We are looking for a dynamic talent to join USANA as market development executive/ senior executive. The Market Development Executive supports the team in implementing programs that strengthen the company’s relationship with its brand partners. This includes, but is not limited to, training, recognition, and motivational initiatives designed to empower brand partners to effectively promote USANA’s products and business opportunities. The role also involves preparing and analyzing data to support sales strategies, track performance, and providing insights that help drive business growth.
What You Will Do as a USANA Market Development Executive
Essential
- Support the Manager in planning and executing company events, distributor training sessions, recognition programs, incentive trips, and other brand partner-related activities.
- Maintain strong engagement with brand partners and key leaders to foster relationships and reinforce their sense of belonging to the USANA community.
- Assist brand partners in preparing training materials and presentation decks; facilitate training for brand partners at various experience levels, both in-office and during roadshows.
- Coordinate vendor-related activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and operational follow-up to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Manager to plan and execute online events, social media campaigns, and e-learning initiatives.
- Prepare presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks) for meetings and recognition events and effectively communicate company initiatives and updates to the field.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support distributor-led prospecting activities such as product launches, health fairs, and open days.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare, consolidate and analyze sales and market performance data.
- Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) on key business indicators such as sales performance, rank advancements, incentive qualifications, and promotional campaign results.
- Maintain and update key tracking tools to ensure accurate data analysis that supports informed decision-making and sales growth opportunities.
- Monitor trends and identify insights from data to support strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities.
- Support performance analysis of campaigns, events, and incentives to evaluate effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate raw data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
Additional
- Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA events.
- Provide General Administrative support to team.
- Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, health sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in the direct selling industry.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with brand partners and employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Friendly, confident, and positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, hands-on, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team player, and consistently perform all essential duties safely, effectively, and efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation and able to interact with a variety of customers from different backgrounds.
Position is located in Malaysia; Working hours Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.--7:00 p.m.
